This class is great for partners or support people to gain an active role in the labor and delivery process. Due to COVID-19, many hospitals are not permitting the presence of doulas, who would typically help with managing pain and providing emotional support. Now more than ever, these techniques will be crucial to families as they navigate this new birth world.
