The acupuncturist will meet you there, ask you questions, and then give you a treatment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Private treatment patients<\/u> wait in the reception area and the therapist will meet you there.<\/p>\n<h3>Payment Information<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Community Acupuncture Payment Range<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First visit $30-$60, return visit $20-$50.\u00a0 Pay what you can afford within payment range; no questions asked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Private Treatments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All private treatments are on a set-fee schedule.<\/p>\n<p>We accept cash (sorry, no change available), checks, as well as Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do not bill insurance directly.\u00a0 Therefore, we are considered an out-of-network provider. \u00a0If you have insurance that covers acupuncture, you can request a billing statement from us to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.\u00a0 Or, you may use a flexible spending or healthcare savings account to pay for your acupuncture treatments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#vet-comp\">More information for Veterans and Workers Comp<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p>We request <strong>24 hours notice<\/strong> in advance of an appointment if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule that appointment.\u00a0 You can do so by calling us or changing your appointment online (please note \u2013 online requires 24 hours\u2019 notice).\u00a0 All community acupuncture appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice and appointments missed without notice will be charged a $15 fee; $30 for private treatments.\u00a0 If appointments have been purchased with a gift certificate or as part of a package, missed, cancelled, or appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be deducted from the number of remaining appointments.\u00a0 Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label=&#8221;Ready to Schedule Button&#8221;
